Panda Freight Forwarding specialized in oversized cargo transportation of all categories and containers by sea, land, and air, both in China and in the CIS countries, Southeast Asia and Europe. The company has been registered in Shanghai since 2015 and is a Chinese legal entity with a registered capital of RMB 5 million.
We have entered into a number of partnership agreements with Russian agents that own their own facilities in the Far East, which allows us to carry out transshipment and storage of goods on preferential terms. Our partners are developing their own transshipment terminal equipped with cranes, forklifts, two lines of railway tracks, a covered warehouse, and an open cargo area.
Panda Freight Forwarding organizes oversized transport and takes an active part in such large-scale projects as the supply of electric cable excavators VK-35 / VK-20 manufactured by Taiyuan Heavy Industry and their components for the gold mining complex, powered supports for coal mines, Sandvik mine dump trucks for work in underground mines, Keimax rims for specialized vehicles, and Maxam, Bridgestone mining tires and Yokohama conveyor belts.

How do we work?
Leave a request for calculating the rate using a special service on the page. Our staff will contact you during the working day to clarify the details of the inquiry and prepare an individual offer.
After confirming the proposed rate, our colleagues from the operational department will contact You. They’ll apply for a truck, and also coordinate the supply of a vehicle and a container for loading with the shipper.
We will prepare and coordinate the shipping documents with the shipper and the consignee, as well as assist in organizing customs clearance.
Our staff will ensure and monitor the work of stuffing of the container as well as choose the lashing type according to specific cargo. Operative information at all stages and photo reports.
We will transport the cargo to the warehouse, from where it will go to the ship or train. Further informing the client about the departure of the vessel / train and its movement in accordance with the declared transit time.
Developed network of partner companies in the CIS allows you to organize streamlined process for cargo delivery “door to door” mode. Our agents will take the goods at the border, will hold a customs clearance and provide further shipment to the customer’s warehouse.
